I am a graduate of Baylor University and have lived in Temple Texas with my family for 20+ years. My passion is working with customers to find efficient solutions for their business. I'm Glynn Castro, a seasoned professional with nearly two decades of experience in commercial lending. Throughout my career, I've established a proven track record of nurturing robust customer relationships to assist businesses and their owners in achieving their financial objectives. My educational background includes a BA in Finance and Management Information Systems from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas, and an MBA in Global Banking and Finance from the Birmingham Business School in England.

Thomas Sinkey

I'm Thomas Sinkey a graduate of Park University with a BS in Management, and Tarleton State University with a Masters of Business Administration. I served in the United States Army as a Military Police Officer for over 20 years. Now, I've been with Extraco Banks for nearly 19 years and have seen serving business owners throughout Central Texas area the entire time. Currently, I serve as the President of the Temple Rotary Club, Secretary of the Temple Rotary Club Foundation, board member of the Temple Education Foundation, the Temple Police Advisory Commission, the Killeen Police Department Law Enforcement Assistance Fund. Beyond my professional and services commitments, I am also an avid golfer and a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. In my free time I enjoy playing in golf tournaments around the area and spending time with my family.

Mark Browning

I'm Mark Browning, a Texas A&M University graduate with a BBA in Finance and a Certified Trust Financial Advisor accredited by the American Banker’s Association. With over twenty-five years of experience, my expertise lies in trust administration, investments, and management, particularly in non-profit endowments. Previously, I spent a decade assisting families with charitable giving options at a major university foundation. Currently, I contribute to the Somerville I.S.D. Education Foundation and Voices for Children in Bryan, TX, while also chairing the scholarship committee at the Bryan Rotary Club. My wife, Nancy, and I reside in College Station, actively participating in St. Andrews Episcopal Church and enjoying leisure activities such as traveling and attending college sporting events.

Rick Clark, JD

I'm Rick Clark and I bring over 20 years of private law practice experience to Extraco, specializing in estates, business, and real estate law. With a BBA in Real Estate from Baylor University and a JD from Texas A&M School of Law, I'm also involved in legal associations like the Real Estate, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, and the Waco-McLennan County Bar Association. I'm admitted to practice law in federal courts in the Western District of Texas. Outside of work, I'm committed to community service, volunteering for Lake Air Little League, contributing to the HOT Workforce Development Board, and previously serving as president of the Hedonia Club of Waco. Waco isn't just where I work—it's home. Living here with my wife, Jill, and our children, Tripp and Jackie, we're active members of the First United Methodist Church, cherishing our community ties.

Black Knight, Inc. (NYSE:BKI) announced today that Extraco Banks, the largest and most comprehensive locally owned bank between Dallas and Austin, Texas, has signed a contract to implement the Empower loan origination system (LOS). The company selected Empower for its exceptional digital mortgage capabilities, and will also use Black Knight’s Surefire CRM and mortgage marketing engine to elevate the customer experience and to help create customers for life.

I'm Natalie, a proud alumna of Texas Woman’s University. With over 25 years of experience in financial services, my journey began as a Finance Specialist in the United States Army. Since 2001, I've been part of the Extraco Wealth and Trust team, finding fulfillment in nurturing enduring client relationships. Outside of work, I've served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for Bell/Coryell counties, advocating for children within the Texas foster care system. My husband Robert and I reside in Temple, where we cherish moments with our three children and indulge in our passion for travel.

I'm Ken Krueger, a native of Houston, Texas. I earned my BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University and completed the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University. With over 35 years of banking experience in Commercial, Consumer, and Small Business sectors, I bring a wealth of expertise to Extraco Banks. Active in the Bryan/College Station area, I serve on the board of directors for the Brazos Valley Food Bank and participate in community initiatives through my involvement with my church, Rotary Club, and the Chamber of Commerce.
