Extraco Banks® to Sell Downtown Temple Financial Center and Build New Branch

On June 30, 2022, Extraco Banks® closed on the sale of its downtown Temple financial center to Austin investors, Redeem Investments, who plans to renovate the 10-story building that makes up part of the iconic Temple skyline. Extraco will build a new financial center across the street where its current motor bank is located today.

Extraco Banks Selects Empower, Black Knight's High-Performance LOS, to Drive Growth in Digital Mortgage Operations

Black Knight, Inc. (NYSE:BKI) announced today that Extraco Banks, the largest and most comprehensive locally owned bank between Dallas and Austin, Texas, has signed a contract to implement the Empower loan origination system (LOS). The company selected Empower for its exceptional digital mortgage capabilities, and will also use Black Knight’s Surefire CRM and mortgage marketing engine to elevate the customer experience and to help create customers for life.

I find fulfillment in assisting entrepreneurs and small businesses in achieving their dreams. Apart from my role at Extraco, I've dedicated over 12 years to volunteering with the Extraco Event Center at the Heart of Texas Fair and Rodeo, where I serve as the Chairman for the Public Relations Committee.
