Davy Villanueva

Born in Temple, TX and raised in Belton, TX, I've dedicated my career to leadership and team development. With a strong background in selecting and nurturing high-performing teams, I've had the privilege of contributing to organizations through the development of robust quality assurance programs, training initiatives, building teams, and process improvement strategies. The love of education led me to obtain an MBA from Texas A&M Central Texas. Beyond my professional pursuits, I'm equally committed to giving back to the community that has always been my foundation. When I'm not in the corporate world, you'll find me pursuing my love for the great outdoors. I live to hunt, fish, and spend time in nature. But at the core of my being, it's family time that truly fuels me. I love to spend time with my beautiful wife Amanda and my three children Val, Amari and Ivan.

Jackie Basile

I'm Jackie Basile, a graduate of Chaminade University in Honolulu, HI, and I joined Extraco Banks in October 2023, bringing twenty-four years of banking experience. With a decade of specialization in Treasury Management, I oversee services in Central Texas-South, focusing on portfolio management and driving growth through effective sales strategies. I excel in crafting customer-centric solutions and providing guidance on liquidity management, while also offering industry training to internal and external stakeholders. Outside of banking, I've served in the United States Navy and remain active in community organizations, including roles with The Rotary Club of Temple, St. Mary Catholic School Trust Fund Board, and Wildflower Guild.

As a third-generation banker, I've been immersed in the industry since 2009, specializing in commercial and agricultural lending since 2011. Alongside my professional endeavors, I actively contribute to Trinity Church, the Temple Area Builders Association, and the Ralph Wilson Youth Club. In my leisure time, I indulge in hunting and enjoy coaching my children's baseball and football teams.

Robert Jones

My name is Robert Jones, and I bring 36 years of leadership experience in Central Texas banking to Extraco. I hold a bachelor’s degree from Abilene Christian University and a master’s degree from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. My wife, Susan, and I are active members of Westside Church of Christ in Round Rock, where I serve as an elder. We have three grown and married children, along with seven wonderful grandchildren. In my free time, I enjoy woodworking, playing pickleball, traveling and spending time with family.

Thomas Sinkey

I'm Thomas Sinkey a graduate of Park University with a BS in Management, and Tarleton State University with a Masters of Business Administration. I served in the United States Army as a Military Police Officer for over 20 years. Now, I've been with Extraco Banks for nearly 19 years and have seen serving business owners throughout Central Texas area the entire time. Currently, I serve as the President of the Temple Rotary Club, Secretary of the Temple Rotary Club Foundation, board member of the Temple Education Foundation, the Temple Police Advisory Commission, the Killeen Police Department Law Enforcement Assistance Fund. Tips on How Student Loan Forgiveness and Refinancing Works

With a federal student loan moratorium scheduled to expire soon and more talk about student loan forgiveness, now is a great time to decide how to proceed if you carry student loan debt. The weight of any student loan, especially a large one, can feel like a drag, but it doesn’t have to end that way. There are ways to reduce your loan term, lower your interest, or lower your monthly payment. You might even eliminate all or part of your student loan. However, knowing the difference between student loan forgiveness and refinancing is vital before beginning.

He has over 40 years of marketing and advertising experience and is a great friend of Extraco Banks. We were thrilled to have him lead our final virtual workshop of 2020.
