In Online Banking, go to Statements in the left-hand menu, complete the eDelivery Agreement, and you'll be able to view and download available statements; for older records, request them through a Curbside Delivery at your branch.
Yes. These changes can be made by going to Settings/Secure Delivery Contact Information. These changes will only be for your online banking. This will not update your account contact information with the bank.

You can now make a mortgage payment online! Login to Online Banking or the Extraco eBank app, select "Make a Loan Payment." Select the account you want to use to make your payment. You can select "Make a Mortgage Payment" under the "Loans" tab on our homepage.
Yes! Non-customers are able to use the Extra Bankers as they would a normal ATM.

You can have an insurance claim check endorsed in your branch's drive-thru or lobby! You will need the check and a current form of identification. The Relationship Banker will get the proper approvals for endorsement, depending on amount the check is for.
It is always a good practice to inform us of your travel plans by calling customer care at 1.866.398.7226 prior to traveling outside of the U.S. Doing so will help avoid having legitimate charges flagged as potentially fraudulent. In some cases, your card may be blocked from further transactions until we are able to contact you.
Messages can only be sent via U.S. carriers and will only be receivable in the U.S. If a transaction is flagged as suspicious we will send a text but it may not be received while you are outside of the U.S. Some messages on U.S. carriers may be received while traveling; however, it will depend on that carrier’s coverage area.

Enrolling in Savvy Savings is so easy! You will need to personal information for identification, and account numbers to connect where the round\-up savings are coming from and where they go.
Simply select EasyInvest in Online Banking or the Extraco eBank app, complete the quick onboarding, fund your account, and you’re ready to buy and sell investments anytime.
To request mobile deposit you will go to the menu from your app by selecting the 3 horizontal lines and select deposit. If that option is not available for you please contact us at 254.774.5501 to see if you have a qualifying account.
If you are the registered owner of the savings bond, you can easily redeem your savings bond by going to the Treasury Direct page. You will input your savings bond details and can redeem it quickly!
You can request a cashiers check in the drive-through or in the lobby. You will be asked to complete a withdrawal slip with the name of the receiver written on the top.
Your digital gift card will immediately be available within your CashBack+ Wallet. You will also receive a confirmation email at the time of purchase to the email associated with your Extraco account. The digital gift card comes with a code that can be used online or scanned in store. Your gift card will remain in your CashBack+ wallet until you're ready to use it and you can then archive it within the wallet once used.
In Online Banking, go to Menu > Other Services > Stop Payment, then enter the required check details. You can also call to request a temporary (14-day) stop or a permanent one, which will require your e-signature.
You are able to view loan balances through Online Banking or the Extraco eBank app. Once logged in, you will see your loan listed under the accounts on the home screen.
Payments are sent one of two ways—electronically or by paper checks. The majority of payments are delivered electronically. Your payment information, such as your account number, is sent via secure transmission. All other payments are made by paper checks that are mailed via the U.S. Postal Service.

You can easily make your loan payments by clicking on the Secure Login button at the top of any page and selecting "Loan Payment".
Most scheduled payments are sent electronically and funds are withdrawn from your account on the payment date.
If suspicious activity is detected, your card will be temporarily suspended and you’ll get a text from 96923 asking you to verify the transaction. If you don’t respond within five minutes, we’ll follow up by email and then with a phone call from 800-237-8990. If we can’t reach you between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m., your card will stay suspended until you respond or call 855-293-2456 to unlock it.
Absolutely! We offer a mobile banking app with mobile deposit features, so you can simply take a picture of your check to make your deposit. We also offer remote capture services, so you can scan in multiple checks right from your office on a daily basis and more! Our technology services rival those of national banks.
Cashiers checks are processed for a fee of $5. This fee can be added to the total of the cashiers check for your convenience!
You have five minutes to respond to the initial text from 96923 before alerts are sent via email and phone. If we can’t reach you between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m., your card will stay suspended until you respond or call 855.293.2456 to unlock it.

To qualify for Private Bank you must have an aggregate deposit balance of $350k or more with Extraco Banks
It will be a same-day turn around process. Please note a delay may occur if additional information is required to finalize the dispute.
Once logged into Online Banking, or the Extraco eBank app, select Other Services on the main menu and then select Stop Payment. You will need to enter all of the required fields to request a stop payment.

Gift cards are instantly deliverd to the email address associated with their banking profile. Occasionally our emials will find their way into a junk or spam folder or the promotions tab, so check there! If you didn't receive an email from Cashback+, contact support@prizeout.com for assistance.
Log in to Online Banking or the Extraco eBank app, select Bill Pay, and enroll if needed—approval may take up to 24 hours. Once enrolled, follow the guided tutorial to add payees and schedule payments.
Your Savvy Savings round up credits/debits will take place each day. You will see a "Savvy Savings Round Up Sweep" for the credit out of the account, and "Savvy Savings Round Up Deposit" for the debit into your account.
The round up credits/debits may not show up on a bank statement until the following day.
Log in, go to Settings > Payments & Transfers, then choose the account to pay from, select your loan, enter the amount, and choose the payment type.

No problem! If you can locate the original email from when you received the gift card, click on the link to reclaim the card. Alternatively, if you have created a Cashback+ account, you can view and access any of your cards there. If you can't find the original email, reach out to support@prizeout.com for assistance.
