How To Utilize ACH for your Business

Automated Clearing House (ACH) is a secure, convenient, and cost-effective method for electronically collecting and sending payments. ACH is a preferred method for sending payments of all types. These services help owners and managers feel secure about the money coming out of their accounts and identifying unauthorized transactions before the final payment happens.


How to Utilize ACH 

1. Go to our website, select the Business tab, and then select Treasury.

2. Click the Get Started button in the upper right corner and fill out the form.

3. Once the form has been submitted, a Treasury Management Consultant will reach out and help you set up your ACH account.

4. After your account has been approved, you will be provided with your online user ID and a temporary password. The password will need to be changed when you log in for the first time.

5. Log on to eBank.

6. Select Commercial and Premier from the main menu.

7. Select Commercial Payment button.

8. Select the New Payment button.

9. Use the drop down arrow and select the ACH option that best fits your needs.

10. Input information requested.

11. Click Approve.

Once the transaction has been approved, you will receive a confirmation message with the Transaction ID and total amount.
