Bethany Badeaux, J.D.

Beth has been licensed to practice law for more than 20 years with a particular focus on trust and estate planning, probate and business law for 8 years of the years she practiced.  In addition to practicing law, she worked for 5 years as a trust officer gaining experience in trust and estate administration, wealth management and asset protection prior to joining Extraco Banks.

She earned her Bachelor of Science from Southern Methodist University and a Juris Doctorate of Law with honors from University of Tulsa School of Law.  She graduated from the Texas Bankers Association Graduate Trust School receiving special recognition for finishing at the top of the class.  Beth grew up in Waco and has been active in the community serving on the boards of Waco Rotary, Compassion Ministries, Oakwood Cemetery Association, Waco Symphony Association and Advocacy Center for Crime Victims and Children.  She enjoys traveling with her two children to the mountains to hike, ski and fly-fish.
