Phone24 is a free service that gives consumers and sole proprietorships 24-hour access to account information by touch-tone phone.
Phone24 customers must have a deposit account and a signed additional services agreement. To access accounts, simply dial the local or toll-free Phone24 number and enter an account number and access code.
Phone24 lets customers:
- Check daily deposit balances
- Review cleared checks, posted deposits and auto-draft status
- Verify transactions
- Check earned interest
- Transfer funds between deposit accounts
