Q: Can I use my debit card to make a loan payment?
A: No. SmartPay uses account and routing numbers only so you are not able to use your debit or credit card.
Q: Can I get my payoff balance for my consumer loan from SmartPay?
A: The balance you see in SmartPay is the principal amount only. You can call 844.418.5626 and one of our Loan Specialists will be more than happy to tell you your current payoff amount.
