Our Self-Directed Services or Phone24 options allow you to quickly complete your banking services.
Extraco's Self-Directed Services, commonly known as our Call Center, is a full extension of our branches and can help our customers with banking needs, such as opening up a new account. You can communicate with our Call Center three different ways:
Chat: Have a quick question? Chat with a Relationship Banker between normal business hours (8AM-5PM) Monday-Friday by clicking the blue icon on the lower right hand side of the page.
Email: To work directly with an Extraco representative, email us at [email protected].
Call: If you have a personal or business account with us, you can call and speak to a Relationship Banker direct.

Phone24 – 24/7 Automated Phone Banking
Available in both English and Spanish, our automated touch-tone or voice-activated system lets you check balances, schedule loan payments, transfer funds and obtain financial center hours of operation and locations, as well as turning off your debit card. You can request a Phone24 reset by calling our Call Center (1.866.398.7226) or by visiting your local branch. You can access this feature 24 hours a day.
