After successful completion of Extraco's screening process, you will enter the selection process.

Extraco uses the "Achiever Selection Process" a proven methodology to evaluate each candidate and find the right match between an employee and an Extraco job opportunity. During the interview process you will meet a team of Extraco employees, including the hiring manager and two or three employee peers, and will take part in group and one-on-one discussions on the position enabling you to make an informed decision.

If you are the right match for the position, Extraco will make an offer. If you believe the match a proper fit, Extraco's welcome includes a detailed, on-boarding process that gives you every chance of success in your new position.
