Writing checks are a thing of the past with Extraco's debit card. Save time and money when you use it as a plastic check worldwide anywhere VISA® is accepted.

Extraco's debit card is free to use and maintain. It works like a credit card, but the money from the purchases and withdrawals actually comes out of your Extraco checking account so there are no mounting balances or fees to worry about. Use it just like an ATM card FREE at Extraco owned ATMs to pull out money and check balances.

Have a lost or stolen Debit Card?
Cancel Card Now

You can cancel your lost or stolen ATM or Debit Card in three ways:

  1. Through E-Bank online banking:
    • Log in
    • Go to Options / Lost or Stolen ATM/Debit Card
    • Select the box next to the lost/stolen card and click "Submit."
  2. Through Phone24 Phone Banking:
    • Call 1-800-522-3972
    • Follow the instructions to cancel your card
  3. Through Extraco Customer Care:
    • Call 1-866-EXTRACO; Option available during regular business hours only

Don't forget to order a replacement Debit Card! You can do so in two ways:

  1. Same Day Through Instant-Issue:
  2. Through Extraco Customer Care:
    • Call 1-866-EXTRACO to order a new debit card, which will arrive by mail in 7-14 business days. Option available during regular business hours only.

To reset PIN:

  1. Visit your local Extraco financial center to reset the PIN on your debit card. For your protection, we do not reset PINs over the phone.

 

You cannot place a stop payment on debit card transactions and they may cause you to go into overdraft.

Now you can customize your personal or business debit card with memories that really matter. Simply:

Log into eBank
  • Once in eBank, select the create-a-card tab.
  • Follow the easy steps in uploading your photo
  • And submit your photo for printing and pickup at a financial center near you.

You may also choose from a variety of predefined popular images in-branch.

1. There is a $2.99 fee for each new custom debit card you order.
2. For Security Purposes, cards are created in the branch after customer presents order number and two forms of identification for pickup of your new card.
