EXTRACO GRAND OPENING AND RIBBON CUTTING OF MIDWAY FINANCIAL CENTER

Tuesday, June 8, 2004 - WACO, Texas: Extraco Banks is pleased to announce the grand opening of the newly expanded and remodeled Midway Financial Center at 200 Hewitt Drive on Tuesday, June 8th, 2004.

The 4:30 pm ribbon cutting will be attended by representatives of Extraco Banks and its family of financial services plus dignitaries from the Cities of Hewitt and Woodway and both the Hewitt and Waco Chambers of Commerce. Media and local citizenry are also invited to attend.

Following the ribbon cutting, Extraco will host a Waco Chamber of Commerce Business-After-Hours event. Refreshments will be served, and Extraco employees will lead tours of the facility.
